• Operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist customers with internet access, printing, scanning, and other computer-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate problems as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a computer operator or in a related field.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications.
